NorthStar Pet: Honoring 9/11's Rescue Dogs

Search and Rescue dogs played a huge role in rescue and recovery in the aftermath of the events on September 11, 2001. This summer, Porkchop, the last surviving dog involved in the WTC search and rescue, passed away.

Cesar Millan features a nice tribute to Abby (pictured above) one of the 9/11 Search and Rescue Dogs and her human companion, Debra Tosch, on his website, Cesar's Way.
